## Overview

This guide helps you improve the quality of your Klarity Analyst outputs when results aren't meeting expectations.

## Common issues and solutions

### Vague or generic responses

If the AI Analyst is producing vague outputs, be more specific in your responses during the interview. Provide concrete examples, exact steps, and specific system names rather than general descriptions.

### Missing process details

When key steps are missing from the captured process, re-run the interview and focus on the areas that were missed. Use the **Add Details** feature to supplement existing captures.

### Inaccurate information

If outputs contain inaccuracies, use the structured editing capabilities in the Process Index to correct specific fields. The AI learns from corrections for future captures.

## Tips for better results

* Answer interview questions with specific details (system names, time estimates, exception scenarios).
* Use the appropriate template for your process type.
* Review and edit outputs promptly while the process is fresh in your mind.
* Use the AI Companion to ask follow-up questions and refine captures.
* Break complex processes into smaller, manageable segments.

## Re-running captures

You can re-run an Analyst interview for any process step. The new capture replaces the previous one, so save any edits you want to keep before re-running.

## When to contact support

If troubleshooting steps don't resolve output-quality issues, contact your Klarity workspace administrator or reach out to the Klarity support team.
