This Website, Marketing & Events Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Klarity Intelligence, Inc. (“Klarity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, transfers, secures and retains personal information when you: (i) visit our public websites; (ii) receive our marketing communications; or (iii) register for or attend events hosted by us or third parties (collectively, “Sites and Events”).  By using the Sites and Events or providing information to us in those contexts, you accept this Policy.  We may revise it from time to time and will post the updated date above.  Continued use of or participation in the Sites and Events after an update signifies acceptance of the revised Policy.  Questions: hello@klarity.ai

1. Information We Collect

  • Visitor data – IP address, browser type, pages viewed, clicks, and other usage metrics gathered through first-party cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the Sites to function.
  • Inquiry data – name, business contact details, company, and message content you provide via contact forms, chat widgets, or newsletter sign-ups.
  • Event registration data – name, job title, company, dietary or accessibility preferences, and any information needed to issue tickets or verify attendance at Klarity or third-party events.
  • Event interaction data – badge scans, session choices, photographs or recordings taken at the event, and post-event survey feedback.
  • Lead-source data – business-to-business contact lists and publicly available professional profiles indicating your role or interest in our services.

Children under sixteen.  We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.  If you believe we have done so, email hello@klarity.ai so that we can delete it.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • operate, analyse, and improve the Sites and Events;
  • manage event registration, check-in, session planning, and post-event follow-up;
  • respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and send newsletters or event updates (you may unsubscribe at any time);
  • measure basic site performance and protect security;
  • comply with legal requirements and resolve disputes.

Legal bases: consent for newsletters, event communications, and any photos or recordings used in marketing; legitimate interests for site functionality, event logistics, and security; legal obligations; and protection of vital interests.

3. Sharing and Transfers

  • Within Klarity – employees and affiliates who need visitor, lead, or event information for marketing, sales, or event operations.
  • Event partners and hosts – co-organisers, venue operators, or third-party platforms that help run or sponsor the event and need your information for logistics or badge access.
  • Service providers – hosting platforms, email distribution tools, ticketing and event-management vendors bound by contract.
  • Business-transaction counterparties – if Klarity undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
  • Legal or safety authorities – to comply with law or protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Cross-border transfers – data is processed in the United States and, where required, protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We do not sell personal information, profile individuals, or make automated decisions.  We may disclose aggregated or anonymised data that cannot identify you.  

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use first-party cookies that are necessary for the website to function (for example, to remember that you closed a pop-up or to balance traffic across servers).  These cookies do not track you across other sites, do not share data with advertisers, and are deleted when they expire or when you clear your browser cache.  At this time we do not place analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies, and we do not provide a cookie-consent banner.  You can block or delete any cookie through your browser settings, but essential cookies are required for the site to display and operate correctly.  

5. Data Security and Retention

We secure personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption where appropriate.  We keep visitor, inquiry, and event records only as long as they are needed for the purposes described in this notice and then delete or anonymise them.  

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on local law, you may request to access, correct, port, delete, object to, restrict, or withdraw consent for personal information.  You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority if you reside in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or California.  We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.  To make a request, email hello@klarity.ai and be prepared to verify your identity.
