This guide outlines how to effectively navigate the Klarity Process Index. This feature helps visualize and structure the end-to-end relationships between your organizational processes. By transforming unstructured knowledge into a structured, accessible format, Klarity helps create a “digital twin” of your organization’s operational structure — enhancing consistency, transparency, and governance. Your Process Index is the backbone that contextualizes how work is done, enabling the Advisor agent to conduct strategic analysis across thousands of processes.

Accessing the Process Index

  1. Navigate to the Klarity Architect web application at app.klarity.ai/process-index.
  2. You’ll land on the Process Index page, displaying process names, owners, teams, and systems used.
  3. Click a process row to view its detailed overview page, including metadata like description and teams involved.

Changing views

Navigate to the top-right of the Process Index section and select your desired view:
  • Table view — pivot style, nested tree structure.
  • Diagram view — visual, top-down tree structure.
  • Flat view — organizes everything around the granular leaf-node process.
Use Filter, Collapse All, and Expand All to focus and reveal nested levels.

Filters

Click the Filter button at the top of the table:
  • My Processes: Toggle all processes or only yours.
  • Process Doc: Processes with or without a primary document linked.
  • Process Owner: Filter by specific process owners.
  • Systems Used: Filter by specific systems.
  • Teams: Filter by teams involved.

Viewing process attributes & metadata

  1. Hover over any process column (e.g., team, systems used).
  2. A black information bubble lists all attributes, including child-process rollups.
