No Model Training.

Neither Klarity nor our third-party providers use your data for any model training.

On-Demand Data Deletion.

You can delete your data from Klarity anytime.  Klarity retains only the email address of the user who triggered the run.  No other data, including embeddings, is retained by us or our vendors.  All other data uploaded to the Klarity 4.0 application and all artifacts generated by the Klarity 4.0 application are permanently deleted.  Additionally, all GenAI Subprocessors for the Klarity 4.0 application have agreed to not retain data sent from the Klarity 4.0 application.

No Integration or Automated Data Ingestion.

Users have full control over what materials are uploaded to the Klarity 4.0 application.  The Klarity 4.0 application does not integrate directly with any other applications. No materials, including video and audio, will be uploaded to the Klarity 4.0 application without direct user initiation.  The Klarity 4.0 application will not automatically read or write to any other applications.

Encrypted and SOC2 Type II Compliant.

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256).  All of Klarity’s SOC2 Type II controls apply to the Klarity 4.0 application. You can request Klarity’s past SOC2 reports here.

GDPR and CCPA Compliant.

We comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable data privacy laws.  Klarity’s Privacy Policy can be found here.

We hold all our Subprocessors to the same standard of data protection that we hold ourselves to.
